Cast and Curing is a coating process that utilizes a recyclable film material to emboss surface effects onto a UV LED curable OPV varnish. After LED light cures the varnish thru the film, the film is then stripped away leaving a holographic effect on the web. There is no actual transfer of the film as the film is delaminated and rewound from the web only to be used again and again.
